International Website Help
Welcome to the Alpha Delta Kappa International website! The only password protected areas of the website are the directory, marketplace, “My Profile” and a few misc. areas but, otherwise, everything else is public. Hopefully this will make it easier for members to access items quickly without having to sign in.
The chapter president, chapter treasurer and chapter membership chairman can update the chapter roster:
Now you can update your chapter roster on the website eliminating the use of the H-119, Report for Member Changes form (with the exception of chapter transfers). Login to the Alpha Delta Kappa website. Go to the DIRECTORY and click on “My Chapter Roster”. Click on the name of the member you’d like to update. For further instructions, click here
Username and Password:
By now, all members of AΔK should have received a new username and password via email for the new International AΔK website. If you need assistance with obtaining your username/password please contact Headquarters
Updating your contact information:
Once you are logged in, go to "My Profile" to update your contact information, username/password, etc. Members can update their name, address, phone number, email address, engaged/employed status and DOB by clicking on the pencil icon at the top right corner of the area they want to update. The editable areas will turn white and be sure to save your changes. This update will be reflected instantly at Headquarters so there is no need to complete the H-119 form.
Documents and Forms:
Documents and forms can either be downloaded and typed into so they can be emailed to Headquarters or it can be printed to complete and submit however chosen (USPS, fax, email, etc.). Some forms can now be submitted online and we'll add more in the near future.
You do not need to create a google account in order to download the document. Click on the link to a form and it directs you to google docs because that's where they are stored.
It will look like the below example:
At the top of the page in the middle of the screen, click on the download button (arrow with the line under it). Then you’ll need to follow your browser's instructions on how to access the downloaded document to open and/or save it.
If overlapping occurs you must download the document first (in order to turn formatting on) and then print it out.
Once logged in you can go to the directory and click on “My Chapter Roster” to see your own chapter’s roster. Also, the less information entered to locate a particular member or chapter the better the results will be. For instance, if you’re searching for Ruth Ann Griggs simply enter “griggs” into the last name field and press enter. Then click the link on Ruth Ann's name from the results that populate below on the page and her contact info will pop up.
