Teachers Pay Teachers is a site where teachers can buy and sell proven successful, creative original classroom lessons and resources. How much is one's time worth? If someone else has created a lesson that meets the objectives another seeks to achieve, must each person create an original lesson? We think not. A variety of grade levels and subject area lessons area available at reasonable prices. Some materials are free.  

Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development
The Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development is a premiere source of educational literature and classroom resources. ASCD is dedicated to excellence in teaching, learning and leading, with the success of each child in mind. They offer online learning, books and e-books, conferences and leadership development, among other growth opportunities.

What can one find on Pinterest? Lessons on digraphs for grade one? Physics humor? Music for running? Type keywords into the search window in Pinterest to find projects and interests related to your needs. Pin what you like onto themed boards for future reference. Follow other people's boards. It's a great way to share great ideas with and to learn from others.
