Purpose
The Fine Arts Grant(s) will be used to promote study and awareness of the Arts for students. The Arts are defined as dance, music, theater and visual arts. The award may be used to implement activities in one discipline or integrate any or all of the others. Grant projects should focus on individual schools, groups of students in a school district or community organization, such as after-school or summer camps. A fund of $10,000 has been established to be awarded as a single grant or to be divided among two or more applicants. The online application link is available with a deadline of February 15.
Eligibility: Available to current* Alpha Delta Kappa members active in education.
- *Current is defined as Alpha Delta Kappa members who have paid their dues prior to the scholarship deadline.
- Applicant shall not be a member of the International Executive Board, International Chapter, International scholarship boards or committees, a substantial contributor to the Alpha Delta Kappa Foundation or a relative of any of the aforementioned groups.
Amount of Award: $10,000 single grant or divided among two or more recipients.
